Shipping policy

Subscriptions

Joyful Pressings T-Shirt clubs are charged a flat rate of $4.99. Items typically ship by the 15th of each month. Shipments typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped. Tracking will be provided by email once your order's shipping labels are printed.

Physical Products
Shipping rates are based on weight and size. Orders are processed immediately. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive items since each item is specially made for you.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay we will contact you via email or phone.

Digital Products
Some products sold in our shop are digital in nature and delivered online, so shipping is not applicable. No shipping costs will be added to your order for digital products.

Products are delivered digitally through Shopify and available immediately after purchase. After purchase, you will find a link to download your purchase(s) on the order confirmation page. Just click the blue "Download now" button.

Additionally, a download link to access your purchase will be delivered via email through the email address you provided in your order.

Lost Packages
Packages marked as delivered, but are “not received” are your responsibility to track down. I wish I could help more but cannot track them down on my end. I do not issue refunds on lost packages.
